WHAT YOULL DO

As a Merchandiser you will have the responsibility of managing and optimizing the entire workflow and secure the best deal in terms of price fashion speed sustainable materials and innovation. You are responsible for executing the workflow to secure the best product offer.

• Support the product flow from development to shipment.  

• Coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth execution of production activities. 

• Assist with product allocation based on predefined plans and supplier capabilities. 

• Share routine updates and collaborate reactively with cross-functional teams. 

• Manage accurate data in the system.

What is Production Its the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

As a Merchandiser you drive the process from development to order follow-up according to set plans and goals ensuring the best deals and on-time delivery. You strike the right balance between securing competitive prices for the company and customers while considering production lead times product quality safety user-friendliness and sustainability. Your way of working reflects H&Ms values and commitment to delivering high-quality best-deal products for our customers.

• Approach your work with ownership structure and attention to detail. 
• Build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers. 
• Communicate clearly proactively and with a solution-oriented mindset. 
• Use data and insights to guide decisions and improve processes. 
• Empower suppliers through technology and continuous support. 
• Act as a reliable partner to stakeholders. 
• Live H&Ms values: cost-conscious straightforward open-minded and committed to improvement. 

Ideally you have: 

• Experience in managing the whole merchandising process and knowledge of production processes and sport wear related products. 
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Agility and adaptability with the ability to quickly respond to change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
