About the role & where youll be working:
Margaret Hubery House is a residential aged care facility located in the riverside neighbourhood of Rossmoyne providing highquality care to 65 residents.
We are committed to enhancing the lives of those we support through exceptional 24/7 care meaningful choice and an environment that is warm compassionate and truly feels like home.
We are seeking a leader who will ensure the effective and compliant delivery of person centred services fostering a safe and supportive environment where residents receive the highest standard of care.
The ideal candidate will confidently lead a multidisciplinary team including Carers Nurses Allied Health and Hospitality staff and will be dedicated to coaching performance management staff development and optimising workforce planning.
Well also be asking you to:-
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations & safety standards
- Monitor & manage effective use of resources and work within operational budgets
- Develop implement & maintain policies procedures & systems
- Coordinate completion of funding tool documentation
- Identify & manage risks. Ensure accreditation standards are met & maintained
- Participate in recruitment & selection of staff
About You
You may be an experienced Care or Facility Manager or a Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience looking to step into a leadership role. You bring solid business acumen strong people management capability and a clear understanding of what exceptional customer service looks like.
You are confident in your ability to influence negotiate and resolve challenges effectively and you thrive in environments where you can lead support and develop highperforming teams.
To be considered for this role youll need:-
- Current AHPRA registration Registered Nursing
- An in depth understanding of aged care standards & regulations
- Financial & budgeting skills
- A genuine desire to develop & lead high performing teams
- Well-developed communication & interpersonal skills
- Compassion patience and resilience
- A recognised qualification in Infection Control or willingness to complete one
