The Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of store operations while learning the products we manufacture and sell. This position offers a clear path for advancement to an Assistant Store Manager role based on performance experience and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily store operations and processes
- Learn and execute opening and closing procedures
- Develop a strong understanding of products manufactured and resold by the company
- Deliver outstanding customer service to homeowners contractors and commercial customers
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and performance objectives
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations as needed
- Learn purchasing functions including retail inventory and materials used in company operations
- Maintain a professional positive and team-oriented work environment
