Job Summary
Your mission
We have an exciting opportunity for you as our next Service Partner Management Specialist. Curious what this role is all about Lets dive in:
- Review and evaluate incoming service partner requests.
- Identify recruit and verify potential partners and their capabilities.
- Collect and validate documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Negotiate terms and conditions and oversee contract creation and execution.
- Onboard new partners and maintain an accurate partner database.
- Monitor partner performance and recommend improvements or terminations when necessary.
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner or vendor management including contract negotiation.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation and database accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Analytical abilities to evaluate partner capabilities and performance.
- Language skills: English C1; German C1; Spanish would be a plus.
