Salary: $16.50-19.00/hr
We are a Premier Childcare & Preschool located in the new (O-Town West Retail Area at the Corner of Palm Parkway and Darryl Carter) next to Glasshouse Apartments and Lake Buena Vista High School here in Orlando at 7530 Redmond Drive Orlando FL 32836.

- Lead coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
- Responsible for the overall classroom management leading a safe nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Serve as a role model using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum working with Infant and Toddler children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Support your centers success partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- ECE Coursework/AA/BA Preferred
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
- DCF 45 hours required**
- National CDA or FL Staff Credential required if no Early Education Degree
- CPR/First Aid Preferred
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds/sit on the floor with children
- Bonus subject to completion of 90-day probationary period (Performance Review must reflect compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded)
