The Role:

The Dealer is responsible for maintaining control of the assigned table game at all times ensuring quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

Deal assigned table games accurately and in a professional manner according to company policies procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations.
Maintain control of the assigned table game at all times.
Ensure quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.
Adhere to regulatory departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations including late nights weekends and holidays; shifts may change.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required
Must have excellent mathematical skills
Must be at least 18 Years of age.
Successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience.
Must possess excellent teamwork interpersonal customer service and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Racing and Gaming Class C License
