We are looking for an amazingIntern Onboard Revenue Commerce Planto fill this role which is based in our Doral office. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Onboard Revenue team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a comprehensive commerce plan that will be implemented across our fleet. The intern will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather insights organize materials and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Responsibilities
Assist in creating a fleet-wide commerce plan to enhance onboard revenue strategies.
Collaborate with leadership across multiple departments to collect and synthesize relevant materials.
Develop timelines for project milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Communicate progress and recommendations.
Support day-to-day tasks within the Onboard Revenue team as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Companys schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Thursday)
