Schedule

• Full Time 36 hours/week

• 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

• Rotational Days / Nights / Weekends / Holidays

Required Qualifications

• Active NYS RN Licensure

• BLS & ACLS (AHA or RQI only)

• NIHSS Certification

• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience

What Youll Do

• Deliver high-quality compassionate nursing care using sound clinical judgment

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized culturally competent plans of care

• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive optimal outcomes

• Educate patients and families for successful recovery beyond hospitalization

• Advocate for patient safety rights and comfort in a Healing Environment

• Administer medications and clinical interventions with precision and accountability

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

• Build meaningful trusting relationships with patients and families through presence empathy and communication
