English Teacher Torrington Middle School Eligible for 5,000 Hiring Incentive Based on Certification

This is a7th-grade English-certified teaching position at Torrington Middle School in Torrington Wyoming for 2026-2027 school position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health vision and dental insurance. The salary is dependent on education and experience. An endorsement in Secondary English 6-12 is required. The start date is August 10 2026.

The selected candidate for this position will be eligible for a $5000 hiring incentive contingent upon obtaining the required certification no later than August 10 2026. This incentive is not available to candidates employed under an alternative PTSB certification including Exception Authorizations or Professional Industry Career (PIC) permits.

The job of Teacher - Middle School was established for the purpose/s of developing students academic skills through academic and/or career vocational courses of study and implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of students; providing feedback to students parents and administration regarding student progress expectations goals etc.

This position reports to the building principal.

Education Bachelors degree in Secondary Education - English

Continuing Educ. / Training Maintains PTSB certification by earning 5 credit hours per every 5 year renewal period
