Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our supportive environment where patients and staff are valued.
Monday Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On-call 1-2 times weekend and every 4th-5th weekend.
Coverage area for this position will be counties of Harrison Grundy Livingston Davies Caldwell Mercer and parts of Sullivan Linn Chariton and Carroll.
Ability to work one on one with patients
Work autonomously as a RN
Performs nursing assessments in the patients home
Utilizes full scope of nursing skills including wound and ostomy care PICC line care chronic care education and medication reviews
Coordinates patients care - consulting other disciplines of the health care team
Individualizes patient care plans and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate
Collaborates with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care
Missouri and Kansas RN License Required
