Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and set rehabilitation goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve daily living and functional skills
Monitor progress and update treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Collaborate with the healthcare team
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
Active or eligible state licensure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
