Duties include but are not limited to:

• Safe and efficient operation of production equipment to include: Sterile sealed bag filling and packaging equipment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in detail without deviation.
• Collect routine product samples and perform routine pouch seal integrity testing to inspect the seals for leaks defects to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Set-up and use the appropriate film and film size in accordance with the production run schedule.
• Meet customer order and demand plan on a daily basis per established key performance indicators.
• Set-up coders ink validate product codes in accordance with code specifications.
• Identify and immediately communicate out-of-specification product conditions to a Supervisor.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and adjustments.
• Safe operation of a pallet jack and forklift.
• Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents based on frequency and document controls.
• Perform equipment change-overs film size changes CIP/SIP clean-up and equipment set-up.
• Perform equipment and area environmental controls.
• Perform product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures.
• Follow all established GMPs and Food Safety requirements.
• Cross-train with other departments.
• Perform good housekeeping within established housekeeping guidelines.
• Comply with federal state and local dairy food regulations.
• Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics actively apply the Saputo Company Values.
• Work together with co-workers and other department personnel.
• Other duties as required by management.

Hourly Rate $23.85
