About the Role: Lead Full Stack Developer
The Team: This position is part of the Content Creation Platforms technology be a key contributing member of the application development for newand existinginternal-facingapplicationssuch astheContent Creation andPackaging Aggregation and Layoutplatforms.
The resource would be joining a stronginnovative team working on the content management platformswhich support a large revenue stream forS&PGlobal with the Product Owner and Development Manager teamsare responsible fordevelopinguser enhancements andmaintaininggood technicalhygiene.
The successful candidate willassistin the designdevelopmentreleaseand support ofcontent platformapplications.

The candidate must be able to work well withina distributed teamdemonstratean ability to articulate technical solutions for business requirements have experiencewithcontent management/packaging solutions and embrace a collaborative approach for the implementation of solutions.
Experience in the commodities markets price assessment analysis and newsor publishingsectorswill bebeneficial.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Be a strong individual contributor in allaspects of software development lifecycle following agile methodologies(Analysis design develop testdebugand deploy phases of development projects)
Be proficient with the use of developer tools supporting the CI/CD process including configuringand executing automated pipelines to build and deploy software components
Actively contribute to team planning and ceremonies and commit to team agreement and goals
Ensure codequality andsecurity by understanding vulnerability patterns running code scans and be able to remediate issues
Perform reviews and integration testing to assure quality of project development efforts
Design database schemas conceptual data models UI workflows and application architectures that fit into the enterprise architecture
Support the user baseassistingwith tracking down issues and analyzing feedback toidentifyproduct improvements
Understand and commit to the culture of S&P Global: the visionpurposeand values of the organization
What Were Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
7 years experience in an agile team development role delivering software solutions using Scrum
JavaHTML /CSSJavascript
ReactJS SpringBootMicroservicesRESTful services OAuth
XML JSONdatatransformation
SQLdatabases (Oracle PostgreSQL)
Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services(LambdaFargateECS S3 etc.)
ExperienceonGenAI or LLM models( AIAnthropicClaude).
Experience with agile workflow tools ()
Experience with source code management tools() build management tools()and continuous integration/deliveryprocesses and tools ( Ansible)
Self-starter able to work to achieveobjectiveswith minimum direction
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Analysis of business information patterns dataanalysisand data modeling
Working with user experience designers to deliver end-user focused benefits
Familiar with containerization
Messaging/queuing solutions
