Overview:
A fast-growing national title company is seeking an experienced Commercial Title Closing Coordinator to join its Chestnut Ridge office. This is not an entry-level roleprior experience with commercial title closings is essential.
As the company continues to expand nationwide the need for someone who can manage complex closings independently communicate professionally and take full ownership of the closing process is critical.
What Youll Do:
Manage commercial real estate closings from title clearance through funding and post-closing
Work closely with attorneys underwriters lenders and clients to ensure smooth transactions
Draft and review closing statements commitments and settlement documents
Coordinate the scheduling of closings and manage all communication and documentation
Ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in all aspects of the closing process
Maintain records and follow up on post-closing matters as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
experience in commercial title closing
Deep understanding of the full title closing lifecycle (title escrow funding and recording)
Can independently manage multiple files and timelines without hand-holding
Professional detail-oriented and a clear communicator
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning user-friendly systems (no specific software required)
Hungry to grow within a company thats scaling across the U.S.
