The CRN functions within the three spheres of impactPatient/Client Nurses and Nursing Practice and Organization/Systemby supporting clinical excellence and consistent nursing practice.

• Serve as an expert clinical resource for nurses managing complex patient care situations
• Provide real-time clinical support education and mentorship to strengthen bedside practice
• Support evidence-based standards patient safety and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes

This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification.

• Bachelors Degree in nursing. Masters degree preferred
• Three years of successful work experience in nursing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs and CRN workload.
• Two years in the specialty area preferred.

License and Certifications:

• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• This RN job may require a RN license in multiple states.
• The CRN will have five years to complete their CNS education and certification and APRN license per individualized state requirements.
• Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers) Military Training Network.
• Additional specialty certification/training as required by the work area.
