Location: Ashburn Court VA 20148
Duration: 24 Weeks
Hours: 7:30 AM 2:45 PM
Pay Rate: $55$57/hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a float assignment supporting multiple school locations. This role provides temporary coverage during approved staff leaves for the remainder of the school year. The SLP will deliver high-quality speech and language services to students supporting communication development and academic success across assigned sites.
Responsibilities
Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language voice and fluency disorders
Develop implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services and track student progress
Collaborate with educators special education teams and families
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per district and state requirements
Travel between assigned school locations as needed for float coverage
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license
ASHA CCCs preferred (or eligibility)
Prior school-based experience preferred
