We are seeking asecurity officer to become part of our team at a commercial property located on the north side of the city. The main role of the officer is to ensure a safe and secure exterior environment for both employees and visitors emphasizing high visibility to act as a deterrent. The officer will perform routine patrols of the property.

Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest that enters the premise in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor guests to their general destination within the property
- Respond promptly and effectively to security and safety incidents on the exterior of the property
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers employees and property
- Conduct regular patrols of the grounds to identify and address any potential security issues
- Provide excellent customer service maintaining a concierge-like demeanor
- Operate a state of-the-art mobile patrol unit during hours of operation
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
