Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with experience in instrumentation design particularly in preparing instrument loop diagrams for both pneumatic and electrical instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instrumentation systems and the ability to produce precise technical drawings in line with project requirements and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed instrumentation drawings including instrument loop diagrams for pneumatic and electrical instruments.
- Create and revise P&IDs hookup drawings cable schedules and termination diagrams.
- Coordinate with instrumentation engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain drawing documentation and revision control.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with other disciplines (mechanical electrical process) to resolve design issues.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Draftsman in instrumentation design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation loop diagrams (pneumatic and electrical).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Instrumentation or related field.
