Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Process Print Orders: Receive review and process customer files (in-person or via email) according to specifications and deadlines.
Workflow Management: Prioritize print assignments based on urgency workload machine capacity and client requirements.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform minor repairs troubleshoot machine/software issues and carry out routine equipment maintenance.
Supply Management: Monitor and restock printing materials (ink toner paper labels etc.) and maintain an efficient supply schedule.
Quality Control & Paperwork: Ensure accurate color management file setup and print quality while completing required documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital printing operations.
Strong aptitude for visual color and print design.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in digital printing software and design applications.
Strong knowledge of print design file preparation and digital press operation.
Solid understanding of color management and print graphics.

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
Effective time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
