- Perform daily weekly and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions between internal systems and external stakeholders (e.g. banks third parties) to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Identify and investigate discrepancies and work to resolve them promptly.
- Prepare and process settlements to ensure all transactions are accounted for and settled correctly.
- Review all transactions and process chargebacks after verifying reconciliation reports and refund transactions to ensure accuracy
- Generate and analyze reconciliation and settlement reports to improve financial process
- Investigate the suspected transactions and provide the required documents to stakeholders to ensure the resolution of discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in settlement & reconciliation in fin-tech or banking industry.
- Advanced in Excel.
