Job Summary
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Define & Maintain Brand GuidelinesDevelop comprehensive brand identity toolkits (logos typography color palettes visual systems).
- Design Brand CollateralCreate brochures business cards packaging signage and other print materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Content TeamsAlign creative executions with campaign objectives and brand strategy across all platforms.
- Produce Digital AssetsCraft engaging social media graphics digital ads and promotional visuals that drive audience engagement.
- Iterate on DesignsIncorporate feedback refine concepts and ensure timely delivery of polished high quality work.
- Stay Ahead of TrendsMonitor design innovations and apply fresh techniques to keep client brands current.
Requirements
Required
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field.
2 years of professional experience in brand identity design with a strong diverse portfolio.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Exceptional creativity and expert eye for typography color theory and layout.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
Highly detail oriented and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred
Familiarity with print production processes
MacOS Proficiency: Comfortable working on Apple/macOS systems as our creative environment is built around macOS workflows.
Basic understanding of user centered design principles for digital interfaces.
