This Outstanding secondary school seeks an ambitious MFL Teacher specialising in Spanish. The department is collegiate and high-achieving offering dedicated mentoring and support to an ECT committed to cultivating strong communication skills and cultural understanding in Spanish at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Linguistic Guide: Instructing MFL (Spanish focus) across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Fluency Coach: Cultivating strong oral written and aural communication skills in the target language.
Induction Participation: Fully engaging with the schools high-quality induction programme and all training opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in MFL (Spanish).
Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS) reflecting Inner London weighting.
Support: Dedicated ECT mentor and excellent departmental resources.
