What Youll Do
Lead frontend engineering initiatives across multiple projects and teams
Design and implement modern scalable UI architectures using React and TypeScript
Own the delivery of complex user-facing features for high-traffic data-rich applications
Translate product designs and UX requirements into high-quality reusable UI components
Drive frontend performance accessibility and maintainability best practices
Participate in architectural discussions influencing frontend and platform direction
Conduct code reviews and enforce UI and frontend engineering standards
Mentor and coach engineers with a strong focus on frontend skill development
Collaborate closely with product managers designers and backend engineers
Integrate AI-powered features and modern tooling into the frontend development lifecycle
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
7 years of professional software development experience with a strong frontend focus
Expert proficiency in TypeScript including strict configuration and type-safe design
Advanced React experience (19) including:
Core React principles and hooks
Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
React Server Components (RSC)
App Router and modern routing patterns
Strong experience building user-facing interfaces from designs and wireframes
Familiarity with Material UI v6 strongly preferred
Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Solid understanding of browser performance rendering behavior and frontend optimization
Experience working in cloud-based distributed systems environments
Ability to lead large teams mentor engineers and oversee multiple frontend initiatives
Experience integrating AI tools or AI-driven features into modern web applications
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
