Role Overview

Were looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help design build and scale the backend services that power our AI-driven marketing platforms.

In this role youll work hands-on developing robust backend systems integrating AI and data pipelines and ensuring our platforms are reliable secure and cloud-ready. Youll collaborate closely with AI engineers DevOps and product stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions used by international clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep backend work modern architectures and applying AI technologies in real products.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (70%)

• Design develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Build backend services using Python (FastAPI Flask) or
• Implement and optimize data flows interacting with AI/ML models
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL Redis MongoDB)
• Ensure code quality through testing documentation and code reviews
• Optimize performance scalability and reliability of backend systems

Cloud AI & Integrations (30%)

• Deploy and manage backend services on AWS Azure or GCP
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions Terraform or Bicep
• Integrate with AI platforms and tools (OpenAI APIs LangChain vector databases)
• Implement authentication monitoring and observability solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps and architects on cloud and infrastructure decisions

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI Flask) or
• Solid backend engineering experience in production environments
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Cloud experience on AWS Azure or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
• Experience integrating APIs and external services
• Advanced English (daily communication with international teams)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI/ML tools (OpenAI API LangChain RAG pipelines)
• Knowledge of dbt Spark or data processing pipelines
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Sentry Prometheus Grafana)
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2 JWT)
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
