Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services in both residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using professional cleaning equipment including steam vacuums and is committed to maintaining clean safe and sanitary spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities including offices retail spaces and common areas
Operate professional cleaning equipment such as steam vacuums wet/dry vacuums floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners
Clean and sanitize restrooms kitchens floors windows furniture and high-touch surfaces
Vacuum mop sweep dust and polish surfaces according to cleaning standards
Remove trash and recyclables and properly dispose of waste
Identify areas requiring deep cleaning and report maintenance or safety concerns
Follow cleaning checklists schedules and client-specific instructions
Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturer and safety guidelines
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are properly stocked

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in residential and commercial cleaning
Proficiency in using steam vacuums and other professional cleaning equipment
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials
Understanding of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to perform repetitive tasks lift up to 40 lbs bend and stand for extended periods
Reliable punctual and professional in appearance and conduct

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deep cleaning carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and infection control practices
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (for residential assignments)

Work Environment

Residential homes office buildings retail spaces and other commercial facilities
Evening weekend or flexible shifts may be required
