Job Summary:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides nursing care as directed by a Registered Nurse. This role involves gathering and reporting patient data implementing orders and performing therapeutic procedures appropriate for the patients age and condition in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and report patient data to the RN.
- Implement physician orders and nursing care plans.
- Perform therapeutic procedures on patients.
- Ensure care is appropriate for the patients age and population.
- Document patient care and observations accurately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
- Experience with vents/trachs/PICC lines.
- Two years of experience in direct patient care.
