15 years of experience with strong technical background
.NET and Cloud Modernization project experience
7 8 years of experience primarily in project/program management for a large global organization managing 100 team members
Played technical project manager role for a minimum of 3 projects
Develop accurate project planning and resources for assigned projects
Experience with Agile is a must
Deliver projects within assigned timeline and budget
Demonstrated experience defining and measuring team success using data-driven metrics and reporting
Understanding of frontend backend responsive web design and microservices
Strong communication skills and experience working with technical and business management teams
Follow up with teams on project execution and task division
Communicate blockers and dependencies that may delay projects
Ensure projects remain within financial targets or budget
Adjust program plans through change control for new requirements
Ensure all task tracking systems and documentation are up to date
