Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Expert to assess the current Oracle Cloud EPM implementation and align it with business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with both business and IT teams to identify gaps conduct workshops and recommend corrective action plans including re-implementation customization or business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand current processes and requirements.
Review and assess the existing Oracle Cloud EPM solution and its implementation.
Identify gaps between current system capabilities and business needs.
Analyze functional and technical issues within Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
Provide clear recommendations and a corrective action plan which may include re-implementation system customization or business process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology and business objectives.
Document findings recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM solutions (e.g. Planning FCCS ARCS PBCS or related modules).
Proven experience conducting workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Strong understanding of financial planning budgeting forecasting and consolidation processes.
Ability to perform gap analysis and solution assessments.
Experience in system re-implementation customization and process optimization.
Excellent communication documentation and presentation skills.
Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM solutions (e.g. Planning FCCS ARCS PBCS or related modules).
Proven experience conducting workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Strong understanding of financial planning budgeting forecasting and consolidation processes.
Ability to perform gap analysis and solution assessments.
