We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our coaching centre team. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents providing information about our courses and assisting with admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote coaching programs.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses fees schedules and faculty.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build rapport with students and parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall admission goals.
- Provide feedback to management about student queries and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 102Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling customer service or sales.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM tools).
- Strong communication skills in any of these languages English Assamese Karbi Bodo & Dimasa.
