- Outline product development and market positioning strategies
- Identify and analyze market opportunities
- Create new products
- Identify and fix prototype issues.
- Facilitate effective product training to enhance team knowledge
- Monitor product performance
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience (Radio Frequency Electronics experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Leadership role
- Masters degree is highly advantageous
Qualification:
- BSc/ BEng in Electronics Engineering
