Job Title: Area Development Executive
Location: Mumbai Maharashtra
Education Qualification:Graduate /MBA with experience in FMCG field sales
Preferable Experience:4 - 6 Years
Division: Consumer Products Division
Channel: FMCG-General Trade
Purpose of the Role:
Implementing the customer marketing strategy for the branch inline with the overall category and channel objectives influencing topline achievement ROI on trade spends leading to profitable growth
Key Responsibilities:
& Business Delivery
- Assist BCMM in breaking customer development plans at region/state/area level and monitor plan vs. achievement on an ongoing basis.
- Analyze data derive insights and provide region and area specific plans to drive category goals and market share objective.
-Manage the BTL budgets and plans for the branch among various regions and track utilization.
- Review effectiveness of schemes run in branches and provide insights to central customer marketing teams.
Product Launches
- Support BCMM in communication and adherence to SOPs relating to new product launches across the sales team.
- Ensure adequate stock availability at CFAs as per NPD plan prior to launch.
4. Visibility
- Monitor POSM material movement from CFA to distributors and onwards to trade.
- Identify 3P vendors for in-store visibility solutions.
- Train and track the KPIs of merchandizers as per plan.
