依据公司及新零售团队的定位和策略结合先进的数字化市场营销领域知识消费者行为分析及洞察能力对医药O2O行业的发展及工具运用方面的认知助力我司新零售业务持续创新品牌持续迭代更好地服务更多的中国消费者
主要工作职责:
全面负责即时零售本地生活行业的发展演变及趋势判断 负责医药即时零售的消费者购物行为行为分析及需求洞察 结合行业最新的数字化营销知识平台工具包括但不限于AISocialDSP等摸索最适合即时零售渠道结合和应用的数字化营销工具及形式 基于消费者行为及不同平台自身属性与跨部门协作如CBIASMD市场部渠道营销部挖掘Omni channel的人群运营机会和方法论赋能O2O渠道持续增长 基于不同品类品牌在O2O渠道的发展机会和消费者需求洞察支持公司寻找更多创新品种的开发&落地并在O2O渠道持续获得消费者 逐步建立内外部多平台融合的人群资产包及营销数据银行 配合O2O团队持续优化渠道策略为O2O长效增长负责
任职条件:
文化程度(学历/专业)
本科或以上学历
任职经验
七年以上的市场及数字化营销领域经验了解外资医药零售工作经验优先
专业知识/技能
了解数字化营销品牌营销消费者行为研究了解行业内服务商类型
计算机及外语水平
熟练使用OFFICE操作系统特别是PPT制作及汇报
英文可作为工作语言
