Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative you will play a crucial role in coordinating the flow of service request support to ensure timely resolution for our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Strong phone skills
Excellent Customer Service
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Assess the urgency and technical nature of each request to prioritize accordingly
Responsibility for ordering parts and supplies
Assign service tickets to appropriate technicians based on skills availability and workload
Monday Friday 8:30 to 5 shift
Requirements
At least 2 years customer service experience
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work as a team
Reliability and dependability
