Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cooler Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Sapulpa OK. The Cooler Assembler will be responsible for assembling cooler units and components with accuracy and consistency while following safety quality and production standards.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools following blueprints and producing high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble cooler units and components using blueprints diagrams and work instructions
Use hand tools power tools and measuring instruments to ensure precision
Inspect parts and completed assemblies to verify quality compliance
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements & Qualifications

Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and reliability
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
