Export Manager oversees international sales logistics and compliance developing global markets managing export documentation coordinating shipments with freight forwarders ensuring adherence to trade regulations and nurturing client relationships to drive international growth and operational efficiency. Key duties include strategy sales logistics compliance and team leadership requiring strong negotiation problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development: Identify new international markets opportunities and clients.

Strategy & Sales: Develop and implement export strategies negotiate contracts and manage key overseas accounts.

Logistics & Operations: Manage end-to-end international shipments coordinate with freight forwarders and optimize supply chains.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to international trade laws customs regulations and prepare all necessary export documents.

Internal Coordination: Liaise with production sales marketing and finance teams for seamless operations.

Reporting: Analyze export performance market trends and prepare reports for management.

Team Leadership: Supervise and train export team members.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or related field; MBA preferred for senior roles.

Experience: Proven experience in international trade logistics and export management.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of export/import regulations customs Incoterms and global logistics.

Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation communication (verbal & written) problem-solving leadership and organizational skills.
