- Advocate for the rights and welfare of children in various settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a social work capacity.
- Strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Empathy patience and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of children.
- Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in social work are highly desirable.
