Job Title: Daily Nanny (Sole Charge) 1 Child (aged 3.5 years)

Start Date: Monday 19th January 2026 (flexible by 1 week)
Salary: gross per annum (dependent upon experience)
Hours: 7:00am5:30pm Monday to Thursday (with some Fridays). One evening babysit per week 7:00pm10:00pm.
Job Overview: A warm experienced and ideally qualified daily nanny is required for a warm and welcoming household supporting one child (aged 3.5 years). The child is in nursery during the mornings (approximately 7:45am11:45am). Both parents work full time (mother works hybrid on occasion; father works full time outside the home). The role includes sole-charge childcare nursery duties healthy batch cooking (including filling the freezer) and keeping on top of childrens admin and appointments. Occasional travel is required with the family hoping for the nanny to travel for up to two weeks per year plus potential proxy parenting approximately twice per year (around one week at a time). The home has one cat.
Responsibilities:- Getting the child up ready for the day and providing breakfast.
- Managing nursery drop-off (approx. 7:45am) and collection (approx. 11:45am).
- Planning and providing outdoor play and creative activities.
- Managing all nursery duties for the child.
- Batch cooking and preparing family meals as required including filling the freezer.
- Managing childrens admin including dentist appointments.
- Managing food allergies safely including confident use of EpiPens.
- Babysitting one evening per week approximately 7:00pm10:00pm (childs bedtime is 7:00pm).
- Occasional travel with the family as required.
- Proxy parenting approximately twice per year for around one week at a time.
Ideal Nanny:- Minimum 35 years professional nanny experience.
- Confident managing severe food allergies and EpiPen protocols.
- Proactive organised and happy handling childrens admin and appointments.
- Warm engaging and committed to outdoor and creative play.
- Willing to travel internationally/UK with the family (up totwo weeks per year).
- Comfortable in a home with a cat.
- Available for occasional proxy parenting blocks and a weekly evening babysit.
