Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Emergency privileges available with active license and clean background
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days with active MN license; up to 120 days if licensure is needed
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Call Rates: Separate call back night call and 24-hour call rates apply
Orientation: 4 hours non-billable

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active Minnesota medical license required for quick start; IMLC accepted
Board: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hematology/oncology experience
Other Qualifications: Ability to manage inpatient oncology and hematology patients independently; willingness to take call coverage
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care with emphasis on malignant hematology
Manage medical oncology and solid tumor patients
Participate in scheduled clinical coverage and on-call responsibilities
Collaborate with APPs nursing staff and multidisciplinary care teams
Ensure accurate timely documentation within the Epic EMR system
