We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sustainability Risk & Compliance Manager to join our team. This full-time ongoing position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to provide exemplary education within the Catholic tradition.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the Colleges Risk Management Framework and Risk Register
  • Coordinate annual reviews risk identification and integrity assessments of risk controls
  • Develop and monitor Risk Action Plans and Critical Incident Management Plans
  • Plan and coordinate emergency evacuations and lockdown drills
  • Manage compliance documentation policy reviews and statutory requirements
  • Advise on risk management budgeting and legal/regulatory changes
  • Deliver staff training and presentations on risk and compliance management
  • Ensure prompt reporting and investigation of incidents and injuries
  • Support compliance with Child Safety Standards and mandatory reporting
  • Prepare reports proposals and documentation for leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in governance OHS and risk & compliance
  • High proficiency in Word PowerPoint and Excel
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and current National Criminal Record Check
  • Ability to ensure compliance and prioritisation of Child Safety Standards
