Tool Calibration Technician

The Calibration Technician ensures the accuracy and compliance of all precision tools gauges and measurement equipment used in aircraft engine maintenance. This position contributes to a dedicated team responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic development of all tooling-related aspects within the engineering department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration of precision tools and measurement equipment according to standards.
• Maintain calibration records and certificates in digital systems.
• Plan and execute calibration schedules to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM calibration requirements.
• Support audits and inspections related to measurement equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Perform calibration of precision tools and measurement equipment according to standards.
• Maintain calibration records and certificates in digital systems.
• Plan and execute calibration schedules to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM calibration requirements.
• Support audits and inspections related to measurement equipment. Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent work ethic and motivation for a high standard of work.
