What Youll Do

Assist in gutter installation and job site prep
Support lead installers and crew members
Learn proper safety procedures and equipment handling
Provide respectful professional communication with customers and team members
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Hustle with a good attitude and willingness to grow

What Were Looking For

Positive coachable attitude
Physically able to lift ladders climb and work on rooftops
Valid drivers license
Must be 18 or older
Construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required
