U-Box part of U-Hauls dynamic Shipping division is looking for dedicated growth-oriented individuals to join us as Shipping Operations Support. This role oversees the clerical organizational and support tasks within U-Boxs Shipping department. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining critical data in U-Hauls and transport partners systems. Duties Include:

• Learning the U-Box supply chain logistical model.

• Interacting with U-Haul field personnel via phone and email.

• Updating correcting and maintaining shipment data used by U-Haul locations.

• Efficiently manage billing and shipping data from our transportation partners.

• Facilitate billing processes for the U-Haul field and carrier network.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word.

• Knowledge of Excel a plus.

• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.

• Detail oriented and organized.

• Confident and independent in decision making.

• Great attitude and true professionalism.
