Medicine Hat Christian School seeks a faith-based math specialist teacher and leader in our middle school . Medicine Hat Christian School is a K to 9 school. It serves approximately 295 students and is an alternative Christian faith education program within the Medicine Hat Public School Division . The successful candidate will develop and promote the school mission which is inspiring spiritual academic and personal growth through Christ-centered learning. We are looking for a full-time teacher from approximately January 5 2026 to June 27 2026.

The Middle School Math Specialist Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and effective math lessons for middle school students (grades 7 9); provide individualized support and enrichment to help students achieve their full mathematical potential; create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation; assess and track student progress providing timely feedback to students and parents; and help foster a passion for math in students. Th e candidate is responsible for also teaching Grade 9 ELA Bible Phys Ed and middle school CTF options classes.

Preference will be given to the candidate who can :

Support a Christian f aith perspective in teaching learning and relationships.

Facilitate students and parents in having a personal connection with the classroom and school.

Innovate l everage technology and differentiate instruction to ensure all students can succeed.
