ResponsibilitiesThe Marcom Strategist 4 Executive/Corporate Communications is responsible for developing and leading the editorial and engagement strategy for internal communications channels. This role ensures a consistent engaging and effective communications presence across all touch points within the team member lifecycle including in-person activations the intranet internal social media platforms executive communications and all supporting tools. As the vision caster for internal and workforce communications initiatives this role aligns strategy with organizational culture brand values and strategic objectives. Serves as a primary liaison for executive and physician workforce initiatives that drive employee engagement and works closely with health system stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities this position upholds the highest standards of clarity transparency and inclusivity. This role acts as the final editorial approver for major internal communications and leverages data-driven insights to continually refine engagement approaches and demonstrate impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong skill set in executive writing deep expertise in strategic internal or workforce communications employee experience digital engagement editorial leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and implement an integrated editorial and engagement strategy that fosters employee connection and advances organizational objectives.
- Develop the voice messaging and engagement strategy for several executive leaders across the organization.
- In partnership with the Manager of Internal Communications set the vision for internal communications/workforce engagement initiatives ensuring a consistent and engaging voice across all internal channels.
- Oversee planning creation and execution of communications for the intranet internal social media executive communications and other internal tools.
- Mentor a team of internal communications strategists writers and contributors nurturing creativity and professional growth.
- Act as the editorial approver for major internal communications campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR IT executive leadership and operational teams to maximize impact and alignment.
- Leverage analytics surveys and feedback to refine internal communications strategy and demonstrate value to leadership and employees.
- Champion innovation in communications formats engagement tactics and emerging internal platforms.
- Develop own and continue to refine the onboarding process for new team members to ensure continuity of department standards and processes.
- Serve as a department and client relations lead for the workforce communication team ensuring best practices in workflow to continue to meet and evolve our customer success standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for integrity privacy and ethical communications.
Qualifications- At least 5 years experience in Marketing
- Bachelors in Journalism Advertising or Marketing
