Founding Designer

Job Description:
As Founding Designer you will shape the product vision and user experience from the ground up. Youll own the entire design lifecycle from strategy and research through to execution while laying the foundations for a strong design culture in a fast-paced high-growth environment. This is a high-impact role with real ownership over both product and brand direction.

What you will do:

Lead end-to-end design across discovery UX UI and delivery
Define and evolve the visual language brand identity and design system
Partner closely with product and engineering to turn complex problems into elegant user experiences

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience as a product designer ideally in early-stage or fast-growth startups
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX and UI craft with a user-centred mindset
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with strong ownership communication and strategic thinking
