YOUR JOB

As CRM Consultant you are responsible for advising new and existing customers on both operative and strategic levels regarding the implementation of CRM solutions. For example you will work with the newly developed Sales and Service Cloud products from SAP.

Your jobs key responsibilities are:

  • Strategically accompanying customers from the pre-sales phase through solution design to the implementation in the project

  • Preparing the problem space together with the customer in workshops: documenting and analyzing the requirements as well as transforming them into innovative solutions

  • Supporting the configuration and adaptions of CRM solutions such as SAP Intelligent Sales / Service Cloud

  • Supporting the development team in developing integration scenarios for the CRM solution into the customers existing system landscape

  • Pursuing integrated solutions with other customer experience products and ERP-systems

Job requirements

YOUR SKILLS

  • 3 years of professional experience working with CRM solutions such as Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics SAP C4C or similar

  • 3 years of professional experience in applying technical solutions and designing system architectures

  • Strong business understanding of sales and service processes (lead to cash and ticket lifecycle)

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies integration methods (e.g. REST APIs) and data modeling

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (min. B2 levels)

  • Strong intercultural competencies and a willingness to travel (approx. 15% to 20% of your working time)

  • Ability to break down complex issues and communicate them clearly and understandably (for example in conducting customer training)

  • SAP Service or Sales Cloud certification or similar CRM certifications would be desirable
