Senior Backend Engineer - InsurTech

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to enhance architecture and build new features for our core platform using Python.
Drive improvements to existing modules focusing on scalability and performance.
Ensure code quality by implementing comprehensive tests for all features.
Regularly deploy your contributions with a preference to avoid end-of-week releases.

Key Requirements

4 years of experience in building backend applications using any programming language and modern web frameworks.
Proven experience in analyzing code performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests.
Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with a cloud platform is required(AWS preferred)
Willingness to learn Python and adapt to our technology stack.

Advantages
