Job Summary
- Planning development and implementation of an optimal data architecture to provide a high-quality basis for use cases in the field of analytics and reporting
- Cooperation with analysts product managers and backend developers to understand and implement data requirements
- Support in designing and creating new data extraction transformation and loading processes from different data sources (on-prem & cloud)
- Build and optimize data pipelines and transformation workflows to support data model implementation and data quality
- Ensure data consistency lineage and governance across systems and domains
- Continuously improve and refactor existing data models to align with evolving business needs and technical standards
Qualifications :
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of data engineering relational databases and SQL (ideally Oracle)
- Practical experience with the Snowflake Data cloud platform is a benefit
- Experience in the conception and creation of data models and ETL processes
- Technologies and topics such as Git IaC (e.g. Terraform) CI/CD are not completely new territory for you
- Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) would be desirable
- Interest in modern data architectures and a passion for data
- You are characterized by your analytical thinking and good understanding of business processes
- High level of personal responsibility and ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment
- You have a good level of written and spoken English
