Job Description
- We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in test script creation system testing and quality assurance practices.
- This role bridges business needs and technical solutions ensuring that systems are designed implemented and validated to meet organizational goals.
- The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering oversee system design validation and ensure testing processes are robust and efficient.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional regression integration UAT).
- Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
