We are looking for a specialist to join our Accounts Payable team. Our team is responsible for the YIT groups purchase invoice travel and expense claims handling. Your task as an AP specialist is to take care of various accounts payable tasks such as purchase invoice handling and supplier maintenance and other teams addition to specialist tasks you will act as one of the teams global key users.
In key user role you will e.g.
- Conduct end user trainings during and after the implementation of new systems and in new ways of working.
- Facilitate user productivity of the solutions.
- Serve as single point of contact for the system and process related end user questions and concerns.
- Escalate system errors and provide solutions in collaboration with other key users and stakeholders.
- Have a significant role in solution testing during the system implementations and updates
- Initiate and participate in development projects representing the local and end user viewpoints.
- Act as an enthusiastic and positive change agent of the future systems.
- Create and maintain working instructions with process context for the applications.
An important part of your job is also handling purchase invoices related to the accounts payable process.
What we expect from you
You will succeed in this role if you have good interaction and collaboration skills as well as an organized approach to work. You have previous experience in accounts payable process with excellent process and business understanding. You need to have development mindset with willingness and passion to influence and improve current processes and ways of working.
We expect you to have an education suitable for the role with a focus on financial management. It is essential to have fluent Finnish and proficiency in English to be successful in this role. We operate in a hybrid work model which requires that part of the week employees must be able to work at our headquarters in Käpylä.
